Other faults besides
the above faults
occurred in
compressor frequency
converter.
The electric control wiring
of compressor frequency
converter is loose, or the
cable is damaged.
Tighten the electrical control
wiring or replace the cable.
Compressor frequency
converter is damaged.
Replace the compressor
inverter.
Inverter selection is too
small.
Choose a frequency converter
with higher power level.
System High
Pressure
Alarm
The system pressure
is higher than the set
value of the system
high pressure alarm.
Outdoor temperature is
too high.
Check the outdoor temperature.
Loose wiring of high
pressure switch or
damaged cable.
Tighten the electrical control
wiring or replace the cable.
Condenser is badly dirty
and blocked.
Clean the condenser.
There is sundry jam in
front of the outdoor air
return outlet of coolant
chiller.
Clean up the dirty blockage in
front of the air return outlet on
the indoor side of the unit.
External circulation fan is
out of power or working
abnormally.
Repair or replace the external
circulation fan when it is not
caused by power failure.
System Low
Pressure
Alarm
The system pressure
is lower than the set
value of the system
low pressure alarm.
The refrigerant leaks.
Check the leakage point and
replenish the refrigerant after
repair.
Electronic expansion
valve works abnormally.
Replace the electronic
expansion valve.
Exhaust
Temp Too
High
Exhaust temperature
is higher than the set
value.
Outdoor temperature is
too high.
Check the outdoor temperature.
There is sundries
blockage in the outdoor
air return outlet of coolant
chiller.
Clean up the sundries at the
outdoor air outlet of coolant
chiller.
