9.3.2 Performing Half Belle Test
WARNING
Pressurized Systems
Can cause serious injury.
u Never stand in front of the rock drill during the test.
u Only the operator is to be around the rock drill during the test.
1.
Apply oil to the bolts (4).
2.
Install the o-ring (2) on the hydraulic motor (500).
3.
Install the hydraulic motor fixture in position 1c (the motor shaft is locked) with bolts
(4) and washer (3) on the hydraulic motor.
4.
Tighten the bolts (4) alternately to 110 Nm (81.1 lbf ft).
5.
Connect the return hose (R) to the return port (B).
