Install stop ring (131) and o-ring (132) on the shank adapter (16).
b.
Install the shank adapter to the front head.
c.
Install the drill collar (18) on the shank adapter.
5.
Lubricate and install o-rings (107) to the front head.
a.
Inspect that pin (236) is installed.
b.
Install the front head (101) onto gear housing (201).
c.
Apply oil to the four screws (9).
d.
Install and tighten screws (9) alternately to 220 Nm (162 lbf-ft).
6.
Install flushing hose (A).

Remove the flushing hose (A).
