4. Click the Apply button, and then click the Close button.
Power Off Timer Setting for Mac OS X
1. Click the Go button, point to Applications, Epson Software, and then click Power Off
Timer.
2. Select your printer from the Printer List.
3. Select 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, or never as the Power Off
Timer setting.
4. Click the Apply button.
Cleaning Your Printer
To keep your printer operating at its best, clean it thoroughly several times a year.

Be careful not to touch the parts inside the printer.

Caution:
❏ Never use alcohol or thinner to clean the printer. These chemicals can damage the printer.
❏ Do not apply grease to the metal parts under the print head.
❏ Be careful to keep water away from the electronic components.
❏ Do not spray the inside of the printer with lubricants.
❏ Unsuitable oils can damage the mechanism. Contact Epson Service Center or a qualified
service person if lubrication is needed.
Note:
After using the printer, close the paper support and the output tray to protect the printer from dust.
