Epson GT-12000 - Document Specifications

If the lower side of the scanned image is missing
If the document feeds past the proper position on the
document table, turn the dial counterclockwise to a lower
number. The position changes in 1 mm increments.
Note:
This problem occurs when the stopper is not installed, or the stopper
is not positioned properly on the document table. Make sure the
stopper is installed as described on page 3-20 if this problem occurs.
