About Error Messages
When an error occurs in the printer, an error message is displayed.
The error ID, the contents of the error, and the solutions are displayed on the screen.
0 light is lit
Paper status light is flashing
The warning
buzzer sounds
until you start to
clear the error or
press the Paper
type setting
switch.
A paper jam or a bad paper feed occurred in the
roll paper feeder with the flashing Paper status
light.
Clear the paper jam or feed the paper again.

All lights are flashing One continuous
beep
A fatal error has occurred.
Restart the printer and the Printer PC.

Turn off the power to stop the warning buzzer
sound.
Contact a technical representative if the error
continues to occur.
