Viewing Your On-Screen Reference Guide
Your printer CD-ROM includes an on-screen Reference Guide (printer manual). You need a
browser—such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later or Netscape Navigator 3.0 or
later—to view it. If you are using a different browser, the pages may not display correctly.
(A browser is not included on the printer software CD-ROM.)
If you didn’t install the Reference Guide when you first set up your printer, you can install it by
following these steps:
1. Insert your printer software CD-ROM.
2. Windows: Wait for the CD-ROM to open.
Macintosh: Double-click the
EPSON icon on your desktop, if necessary, then
double-click the
EPSON icon in the CD-ROM window.
The Main Menu appears:
3. Click
Install Printer Manual to install the guide.
Once it’s installed, you can view the Reference Guide by doing one of the following:
■ Windows: Double-click the Printer Manual icon on your desktop. You can also click
Start, Programs (or All Programs in Windows XP), EPSON, Online Reference
Guide
, then click Printer Manual.
■ Macintosh: Double-click the Online Guide icon on your desktop.
