Uninstalling and Reinstalling Printer Software 105
Macintosh OS 8.6 to 9x
1. Close all applications.
2. Insert the printer software CD-ROM.
3. In the EPSON window, scroll down and double-click the
Drivers folder.
4. Double-click the
Printer Driver folder. Then double-click the Disk 1 folder.
5. Double-click the
Installer icon and click Continue.
6. In the Installer dialog box, select
Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the
Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen instructions and click Quit when you’re done.
7. In the Drivers folder, double-click the
EPSON PhotoStarter 3.0 Installer folder, then
double-click the
Installer icon. When you see the license agreement, click Accept.
8. Select
Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the
on-screen instructions and click
Quit when you’re done.
9. In the Drivers folder, double-click the
EPSON CardMonitor 1.0 Installer folder, then
double-click the
Installer icon. When you see the license agreement, click Accept.
10. Select
Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the
on-screen instructions and click
Quit when you’re done.
11. In the Drivers folder, double-click the
Memory Card Driver folder, then double-click
the
Installer icon.
12. Select
Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the
on-screen instructions and click
Quit when you’re done.
13. Restart your Macintosh.
Macintosh OS X 10.x
You don’t need to uninstall the printer driver or the memory card driver. Follow these steps to
uninstall EPSON PhotoStarter and Card Monitor:
1. Close all applications.
2. Insert the printer software CD-ROM.
3. Double-click the
EPSON CD-ROM icon.
4. Scroll down and double-click the
Drivers folder.
5. Double-click the
EPSON PhotoStarter 3.0 Installer folder, then double-click the
Installer icon. Your Macintosh launches the Classic Environment.
6. When you see the license agreement, click
Accept.
