Fold and close the input and output trays if open.

Make sure to close the output tray securely; otherwise it may be damaged during transport.

While keeping the position selector raised, slowly rotate the scanner to be in the Storage Position.

Attach the protective materials that came with the scanner, and then repack it in its original box or a similar
sturdy box.
