Enter Fax mode from the Home menu.

Press d to enter Settings.

Select Broadcast Fax.

Enter a fax number.

Press d then add a fax number.
Note:
❏ To add another number, repeat step 5 and 6.
❏ If you do not need to add recipients from the speed dial/group dial lists, go to step 9.

Select the entry number of the speed dial and the group dial.

Press OK.

Press x(B&W) to start sending.
Sending a fax at a specified time
Follow the instructions below to send a fax at a specified time.
Note:
❏ Make sure you have set the time correctly.

Place your original in the Automatic Document Feeder or on the scanner glass.

If Advanced Options is displayed on the LCD screen, select Advanced Options.
