VRD ON and OFF
WARNING!
Mandatory to examine a safety test after VRD activation and record OCV Peak
measurement.
On: In case of power failure.
1. Open the power source housing. On the control panel set the code switch SW1 to
position ON.
2. Close the power source housing, set power on, select MMA mode, VRD ON, output
voltage is about 5.9VDC AVG and 8.4VDCPeak (TB1).
NOTE!
After activation of VRD, do a test according to the protocol and record the
measurements. See section "Functional test", page59.
Off: In case of power failure.
1. Open the power source housing. On the control panel set the switch SW1 code at the
position in the direction of SW1.
2. Close the power source housing, set power on, select MMA mode, VRDOFF, output
voltage is about 63V.
NOTE!
When toggling the switch SW1, the white strip on the switch needs to be punched to
the bottom. The default setting of VRD is OFF, the VRD light is off.
Under MMA mode, the output voltage for ES150i, ES180i is 63V±5%, for ES180i,
ES200iPRO is 78V±5%.
