encountered,pleaserefertonextpossiblecause,partA.
4. Justaftercalibration,ADCA/FvalueshouldbesomewherebetweenADCMIN
andADCMAX.Ifnot,pleaseadjustthespeedcontrollerorredocalibrationas
necessary.

A.AirFlowSensorfailure/misalignment
Airflowsensorislocatedinsidetheunitandcanbeaccessedfromtheback.See
figure32below.Itisastainlesssteeltubewith2roundholesfacingup.
Importanttocheck:
1. Ensurethatthesensorareaisnotblockedatallandthatitsthroughholes
are
perpendiculartothefilter’ssurface.
2. Exhaustsensorisattachedtightlytothemountingplate.
3. Thereisnogapbetweensensorboxandfiltersurface.
4. Sensorboxisinstalledtightlytothecabinet.
Turnoffthecabinet.
SeeComponentLayouttolocatethemainboard.
UsingDVM,checkthesensor’soutputvoltage(DC)atchannelAIN1(+)andJ1()on
mainboard(Seedrawing33below).
Thevoltageshouldincreaseifmotorvoltageisincreasedanddecreaseifmotor
voltageisdecreased.
Ifyourobservationisdifferent,checksensorconnectiononthe
unit(seefigure36
below)andatconnectorDpin9,10,11,12onelectricalbox(seeLayoutattheendof
thissection)foranybad/looseconnection.
Ifconnectionisokaybutsensorisstillnotworkingproperly,replaceit.
Ifairflowsensorisworkingproperly,proceedto
nextstep.
B.TemperatureSensorFailure
Temperaturesensorislocatedclosetoairflowsensorinsidetheunit.Seefigure32.
