QSF-60 Rev. 4
Procedure for warranty appeal
It is Espar’s intent to close all claims within thirty (30) days after parts are returned and claim process is
completed.
Warranty appeal must be filed within thirty (30) days of claim rejection issue date in order to receive
consideration for reversal.
PLEASE NOTE: Appeals will not be considered for claims that have aged beyond 30 days of final
rejection issue date and closed permanently.
Espar’s Warranty Appeal Process
Claim outcome is communicated to the dealer with appeal document attached (Appendix F).
Dealer files an appeal to Espar through the Warranty Administrator (Must be within 30 days
claim outcome was communicated to dealer).
Warranty Technologist re-opens the claim for re-processing.
Warranty Technologist re-evaluates the claim based on the new information from the appeal.
If warranty returned part is involved in the appeal, Warranty Technician re-tests the part and
documents a second test report.
Based on the report of the second test results, final disposition will be communicated to the
dealer and the claim is closed.
