3.9.6. Dolby Metadata Fault Messages
DOLBY PACKET ERR
Indicates that an invalid/improperly formatted Dolby Metadata packet
has been detected. The invalid packet will be passed.
DOLBY PACKET MISSING
This error will appear when serial port C is placed in “Dolby Metadata
In” mode of operation, and Dolby Metadata packets are not detec
ted.
No packets will be inserted until the HD9084 detects Dolby Metadata.

PRESET LOAD ERR
These error messages indicate an error loading/saving prese
ts to the
non-
volatile storage memory. Possibly correctable by performing a
factory reset, or resetting preset storage from the bootloader.

These error messages indicate errors related to Programmable Logic

HD INT. LOST!
These error messages indicate that an SD or HD video interrupt has
been missed. As a result, caption data may have been corrupted.
These errors typically indicate hardware problems that will require
service.
