(3CMOS mode) images are not clear.
Vibration is transmitted to the
microscope or camera during
image acquisition.
Capture images in an
environment where the
microscope and camera do
not vibrate. It is helpful to use
a vibration-absorbing table.

software other than cellSens /
PRECiV cannot open correctly a file in
which 10-bit color/10-bit grayscale
images were captured and saved. or
a black image is displayed.

Valid data in the 16bit file format
is the lower 10bit, the software
used does not support the 16bit
format, or displays the upper
8bit of the 16bit.
Please use cellSens / PRECiV to
open image files.

LED status indicator
Blue LED is on the front of the camera. After starting the software, the LEDs show the following status.
LED status Status
Lighting up continuously The camera is ready.
* When flashing for a few seconds before lighting up, the USB 5Gbps port is being
recognized.
Light turned off after
flashing a few seconds
The camera is not connected to the USB3.1 port.
Check the USB3.1 port on the PC and connect the camera to it.
Flashing continuously There is a camera error. Contact an Evident distributor.
No lighting up The camera is not connected to the PC with the USB cable, or the AC adapter is not
connected.
* You can change the LED ON/OFF status using software (cellSens, PRECiV).
