A Test Agent API
In Test Agent mode, you can configure and operate your unit using an API
available on the LAN/WAN interface(s).
A complete list of commands allowing you to remotely control your unit is
available at all times. It details the commands with examples and
appropriate syntax.
For more information on how to set the operating mode, see Working With
Your Unit for the First Time on page 33.
Accessing the API and Its Documentation
The API and the related documentation are accessible via endpoints, as
follows:

Performing Current Tasks With the API
This section presents the most current tasks that you can perform with the
API.
Remotely Managing Your Unit
To remotely obtain information about your unit and its state, configure time
and certificates, as well as restart your unit, use one of the /system
endpoints.
Managing the Firmware
Checking and installing updates are asynchronous processes that you can
launch respectively with the /system/firmware/check and
/system/firmware/install endpoints.
