“Exhaust Cleaning”
Normally not necessary always
to use. Initiate cleaning can be
used if the Exhaust System
Cleaning Lamp/Popup is shown
in the display as per beside
snap.
After pressing display button
no.3 (in front of OK), below page
will appear.
The Exhaust System
Cleaning/Regeneration Disabled
(Inhibit) Lamp indicates that
Exhaust System
Cleaning/Regeneration Disabled
(Inhibit) Switch is active,
therefore automatic and manual
(non-emission) exhaust system
cleaning cannot occur.
This may be used by operator to
prevent exhaust system
cleaning when the machine is
operating in a hazardous
environment.
Now press the button no.2
(middle button of display) & then
a so-called parked regeneration
can be done.
The parking button must be
activated and that low engine
speed is selected, then the
speed will increase to 1000-
1200rpm for 20-45 minutes
depending on the soot load.
Note that the engine must
have reached operating
temperature before this can
be done.
