Initialize the LED Analyser
This command will initialize the LED Analyser and make it ready for a Capture command. The
sequence for this command is shown in Figure 21.
Binary 10101010 (0xAA) is clocked into the LED Analyser while the Addr0/LA_Select signal is
held high.
The command is clocked in on the falling edge of SCK.
