7. Preventive maintenance
Ensure reliable and trouble-free operation of the machine by carrying out the preventive maintenance
operations according to the instructions delivered with the machine and by paying attention to the
machine's functions continuously. Perform the preventive maintenance as the schedule given indi-
cates. Reset the maintenance intervals in the Tulus software's Equipment status / Maintenance field.
• Weekly and monthly maintenance operations can be performed by the end user.
• Six-month maintenance is to be performed by authorised Finn-Power service personnel only.
• The person responsible for machine maintenance must document all maintenance and serv-
icing in the maintenance diary delivered with the machine.
• The warranty is valid only if maintenance has been carried out according to the instructions and
documented in the maintenance diary.
WARNING
It is strictly forbidden to operate a machine that is out of order.
NOTICE
• Use a hand-operated grease gun when you add grease through
the grease nipples.
• Repair all faults and defects detected during the checks.
• Never use compressed air for cleaning.
