• The functioning of the sheet lubricator
• The suction filter and nozzle of the sheet lubrication tank
Clean when necessary.
7.4. Compact Express, monthly maintenance / LD, monthly maintenance
Point Compact Express / LD Lubrication
Check the compressed air feed pressure.
Check the functioning of the drain valve in the service unit’s
water separator.
Check the condition and functioning of the sheet support rollers,
sheet detectors, and positioning pins of the brush table.
Check the condition and functioning of the suction cups and
ejectors.
Check the condition and tightness of the pneumatic tubing.
Check that the tubes do not chafe against anything.
Check the tension and condition of the cogged belt of the
horizontal movement.
7.5. Recommended lubricants
NOTICE
• The worm gears of the tool rotation system are lifetime-lubrica-
ted with synthetic gear oil.
• If you have to replenish the oil, always use an oil corresponding
to the gear oil (E).
