8.1 Error Messages on the Display
With the help of the control system, you can display a number of possible
faults on the control panel.
Warning
Danger due to improper troubleshooting.
Improper troubleshooting can result in danger to the operating staff and to the
machine.
Specialized work on the mechanics and electrics may only be carried out by
technical staff.
Error text Cause Remedy
Drill guard active Drill guard is not in its protec-
tion position.
Swing the drill guard into the pro-
tective position in front of the cut-
ter and confirm with the rotary
switch/push-button.
Machine does not work
 Power plug is not plugged in.
 Emergency stop button is
pressed.
 Plug in power plug.
 Unlock emergency stop but-
ton.
If this does not help:
 Acknowledge with or rotary
switch/push-button or
 Restart the machine or
 Contact FLOTT Service.
Display off Machine is in standby mode. Acknowledge with the rotary
switch/push-button.
If this does not help:
 Restart the machine or
 Contact FLOTT Service.
Line 1: Machine status
Line 2: Error code
Line 3: Code from FC
Line 4: Cause.
Acknowledge with the rotary
switch/push-button.
If this does not help:
 Restart the machine or
 Contact FLOTT Service.
