4. Start the DC-offset calibration after a few minutes of warm-up time when the internal
temperature is about 5 °C above ambient temperature.
The DC offset calibration measures the DC offset every time the temperature rises by 1 °C.
Calibration stops automatically when the temperature has increased by 15 °C from the
start value. The calibration may take between one and two hours.
5. Verify the result when the instrument cools down to ambient temperature.
The VRMS readings should be below 0.2 V. If this is not the case, repeat the procedure and
start the DC offset calibration at 35 °C. Then isolate the Analyzer with insulation, for
example, bubble wrap, to allow an internal temperature of 50 °C.
Note
The internal temperature can reach 70 °C without damage to the Analyzer.
