Description
A
XW Warning
To avoid shock hazard, connect the factory-supplied three-conductor line power cord
to a properly grounded power outlet. Do not use a two-conductor adapter or
extension cord; this will break the protective ground connection.
The AC Power Input Module provides a grounded three-prong connector that accepts the
line power cord, a switch mechanism to select the operating line voltage, and a mains-
power fuse. See Mains Voltage Selection.
B
The Rear AC Power Switch must be in the ON (I) position before the Soft-Power button on
the front-panel will function.
C
Mains Power Fuse. See Replace the Mains Power Fuse for fuse rating information.
D
The CHASSIS GROUND post is internally grounded to the chassis. If the Calibrator is the
ground reference point in a system, this binding post can be used to connect other
instruments to earth ground. See Connect the Calibrator to a DUT for details.
