Testing for Network Connectivity

Select DHCP or Static mode and enter ping addresses in
Setup, as described in Table 4.

Connect to the network as shown in Figure 23.

Turn the rotary switch to

MONITOR; then select Network Connectivity or
Network Connectivity w/ PoE.

Press P. Figure 24 describes the network connectivity
results.

You can save the results in a new record or add them to
existing cable test results for the same link. To save the
results, press N. Create or select an ID; then press N
again.
