Letter transport
does not start up.
The PostBase does not show the Home screen
or the pop-up window for the batch processing
(see page 36).
Check whether the blue LED status indicators
on the Feeder plus (below the sealant tank flap)
and on the Dynamic Scale (centrally below the
hood) are illuminated.
If the LED status indicators are not lit up:
• Turn off the PostBase.
• Check whether all system components are
correctly connected (power cable, connec-
tion cable). See page 26.
• Turn on the PostBase again. With a system
start, the PostBase activates all connected
system components.
If the problem persists: Call Customer Support.
Ramp plus is not connected.
Connect the Ramp plus’ connection cable to
the Feeder plus (RAMP interface) and screw
tight. See page 26.
Letter transport stops / batch
processing is interrupted.
Letter jam. Carefully read the information on
the display.
To alleviate a letter jam, please read chapter 6.2.
Batch counter is active. After processing the set
unit quantity, the PostBase stops automatically.
