If you are unable to remedy a fault yourself,
please contact Customer Support.
Dynamic Scale does not transport. The PostBase has not recognised the scale or
the scale is defective.
Check whether the blue LED status indicator
(central, below the hood) lights up.
If the LED status indicator is not lit up:
• Turn off the PostBase.
• Check whether all system components are
correctly connected (power cable, connec-
tion cable). See page 26.
• Turn on the PostBase again. With a system
start, the PostBase activates all connected
system components.
If the problem persists: Call Customer Support.

Blank display. Check whether the power cable is plugged in
correctly and the PostBase is turned on.
Letter jam. On how to clear a letter jam, please read
chapter 6.2.
PostBase signals a jam although
no letters are in the letter path.
The sensors (light barriers) are soiled.
Clean the sensors (see chapter 5.2).
