The machines in the VarioStar series are MIG/MAG power sources and have outstan-
ding welding properties. Preset control processes, such as 2-step, 4-step, interval 2-
step, interval 4-step and spot-welding mode are self-explanatory. The machines are
manufactured in such a way that they function reliably, even in difficult conditions.
Powder-coated sheet steel housing, protection-mounted controls and central torch
connector meet the highest demands. The ergonomic recessed grip and trolley with
generously proportioned wheels facilitate transportation, both in-house and on-site.
The machines are characterised by their compact design, an integral drive system and
an integral wirespool holder.
The field of application of the VarioStar series ranges from sheetwork to light steel and
entrances. The easy welding capabilities of solid and flux-core wires of varying diame-
ters and alloys with different standard shielding gases extend the range of production
and repair applications.
