FQG30 fryers, or EIGHT gallons (30 liters) or more for 1814E or
1814G fryers under the drain and press arrow under CONFIRM.
START DISPOSE
Press button with blinking LED.
DISPOSING
If the drain becomes clogged, use the Fryer’s Friend to clear the
blockage.
