Check the following items and perform another OQS filter.
Ensure the vat is at setpoint temperature.
Inspect the pre-screen filter and ensure it is screwed in tightly.
Inspect the O-rings on the filter pan and ensure they are both present and
that they are not missing, cracked or worn. If so replace them.
Ensure the filter paper is not clogged and clean filter paper is used. Did
the vat refill the first time for the previous filter? If not change the filter
paper.
