Installing the hard disk
When installing the hard disk, ensure that the contacts in the hard disk compartment do
not bend or become damaged. Please observe the notes in the operating instructions for
the hard disk.

► Insert the hard disk into the hard disk
compartment (1) in a straight line.

► Push the hard disk into the hard disk
compartment in a straight line until the
contacts catch. Do not use excessive force
when inserting the hard disk.
► Attach the cover in the direction of the
arrow (2).
► Fasten the cover with the 2 screws (3).
► Install the battery (see "Inserting the battery").
► Turn the notebook over and place it on a flat surface.
► Reconnect the cables that you disconnected before.
