5 In the setting completion screen, click the [Done] button.
The screen display returns to the [Snap Data Pool] screen.
7.2 Performing a Copy (SnapOPC+)
SnapOPC+ is a function to copy the data of the operation volume before update (previous data) to the dupli-
cate volume.
Though SnapOPC+ can be executed both from ETERNUS Web GUI and ETERNUS CLI, operation using batch
files is recommended in consideration of daily operations.
Copy session are first created for seven generations. These copy sessions are switched in turn when daily
backup operations are performed.
The procedure to perform the SnapOPC+ is as follows.
1 On the navigation of the ETERNUS Web GUI screen, click the [Advanced Copy] tab.
2 In [Action], click [Start SnapOPC+].
3 Click the [Browse] button of the copy source volume.
