Speakers and microphones

Information on the exact position of the speakers and microphone can be
found in "
Ports and controls", Page 12.
Please refer to chapter "
Key combinations", Page 31 for information on setting the volume
and also enabling/disabling the spea kers using key combinations.
If you atta ch an external microphone, the built-in microphone is disabled.
When you connect headphones or external speakers, the built-in speakers are disabled.
Information on connecting headphones and a microphone can be found
in "
Connecting external devices", Page 59.
Wireless LAN/Bluetooth radio components
The installation of
radio components not approve d by Fujitsu will invalidate
the certifications
issued for this device.
Switching the wireless components on and off
► Press the butto
ntostarttheWirelessSelector.
The radio com ponent indicator will be illuminated when one or more radio
components are switched on.
If you switch off the radio c omponent s, the wireless LAN antenna and
the Bluetooth module will also be switched off.
You c an enable and disable the installed radio comp onents individually
using the WirelessSelector program.
Details on using Wireless LAN can be found in the online help system
included in the Wireless LAN softwa re.
You can find more information on how to use Bluetooth on the CD you
received with your Bluetooth soft ware.
