Connecting an external monitor to the DisplayPort
It is possible to con nect a digital mon itor to the DisplayPort on the port replicator.
Screen output is limited to a ma ximum of two screens at any one time (see "
Key
combinations" , Page 23, section "Toggle output screen").
Digital Disp layPort
► Switch off the notebook and the external monitor.
► Plug the data c able of th e external monitor into the monitor port.
► First switch on the external monitor and then the notebook.
You can also switch between the external monitor and the LCD monitor of th e
notebook, s ee chapter "
Key combinations", Page 23.
You can display the same picture on the external monitor and the
notebook LCD monitor simultaneously.
