Power Sources
Your LifeBook T Series Tablet PC has two
possible power sources: a primary Lithium ion
battery and an AC adapter.
Connecting the Power Adapters
The AC adapter provides power for operating
your Tablet PC and charging the batteries.
Connecting the AC Adapter
1. Plug the DC output cable into the DC power
jack of your Tablet PC.
2. Plug the AC adapter into an AC electrical outlet.
(Figure 3-1)
Connecting the Optional Auto/Airline Adapter
1. Plug the DC output cable into the DC power
jack on your Tablet PC.
The Lithium ion battery is not charged upon
purchase. Initially, you will need to connect
the AC adapter to use your Tablet PC.

2. Plug the Auto/Airline adapter into the cigarette
lighter of an automobile with the ignition key
in the On or Accessories position.
OR
3. Plug the Auto/Airline adapter into the DC power
jack on an airplane seat.
Switching from AC Adapter Power to Battery
Power
1. Be sure that you have a charged battery
installed.
2. Remove the AC adapter.
