Removing and replacing an SFP transceiver
Figure 14 illustrates the process for removing an SFP from a port.

Refer to the PRIMERGY BX900 S1 Basic Unit Operating Manual to remove and replace the
Embedded Switch Module from the chassis.

If you are not replacing the Embedded Switch Module, use a filler panel to fill the empty slot to
maintain proper air flow. Do not leave the slot empty.
