and brown meat well

onions
and
apple. Add

meat. Add remaining ingredients
to
meat. Break tomatoes
up
slightl

with spoon. Cover;
simmer
until
meat IS tender;
about
1 1/2 - 2 hrs
Stir occasionally.
Add
more water if necessary. Uncover and
simmer
until
liquid sauce thickens slightly. Serve over rice with chutney and
curry
condiments,
if
desired.

beef granules and water; add

sauce and sugar
Stir together and set aside.

serving time, in

sear beef on both sides.
Add
soy
mix-
ture and push beet
to
one side
of
skillet. Keeping
them
separat

add
water chestnuts, mushrooms. celery

onion.

almost tender,

to
side. Add cabbage and
cook
until
heated through,
2-3 mins.

not
overcook. Serve with nee.
