Demo Mode
The Sales Demo mode will allow dealers to
demonstrate all oven functionality with one
exception:
• No power is ever applied to any of the halogen
lamps, heaters, mag HVT or inrush relays while
the control is in sales mode.
The Demo mode is accessed by pressing and
holding START and BACK at the same time for 3
seconds during power up (this can be done while
the Set Clock screen is up).
To exit the Demo mode, use the same procedure as
entering, by pressing and holding START and BACK
at the same time for 3 seconds during power up.
