5.3 Laser Plummet
Turning the laser
plummet on/off
With turned on instrument turn on the laser plummet by pushing the
button on the keyboard. To turn off the laser plummet, press the button
again.
Inspection 1. Set the instument on the tripod (no adjustment is required).
2. Place the cross mark excactly under the instrument.
3. With turned on instrument turn on the laser plummet by pushing the
button.
After making sure that the long water
level is correctly adjusted, check if
there is any off-center with the round
water level. If there is no off-center, no
adjustment is required; otherwise,
adjust the three adjustment screws
with needle as shown to center the
bubble.
