      If the laser of your GeoMax Measuring Instruments stops too often to relevel, the sensitivity setting may be set to “fine”. Choose Sensitivity Setting 2 in the option menu. Also, check your tripod for stability, tighten all screws, and use sand bags on the legs if necessary. Shelter the Zone60 DG from the wind and press the tripod legs more firmly into the ground.

      If the ZRC60 remote control for your GeoMax Measuring Instruments is not working properly, it might be out of usable range. For normal operation, the remote control works up to 300 m (1,000’). Also, check the Remote Battery LED on the control panel and change the remote control batteries if they are low.
