2.14 Starting the machine
In order to remove any air from the valves, run water through them
before starting the machine for the first time. The condenser valve
should be run for 30 seconds and then emptied with the condenser
pump. The valves and pumps are controlled via the panel, see the
Technical manual.
2.14.1 Dosing pumps
Remove any air from the dosing pumps before starting them. Run
the dosing pumps until there are no air bubbles in the detergent.
2.14.2 Installation of dose monitoring
Upon delivery, dose monitoring is deactivated for volumes below
10 ml.
2.15 Function check
WARNING!
Conduct a ground continuity test before the
function check and document the result.

WARNING!
When installing and starting the machine, check
that the process agent reaches the dosing pump.
• Check that the machine is connected to the correct voltage

• Place a wash rack in the wash chamber and close the door.
• Choose a program where dosing is done from all detergent
and rinse-aid containers and start the machine (see the User

• Check that the machine draws water.
• Check that the dosing pumps work at the right time in
accordance with the program description in the user manual
and that detergent is drawn off.
• Calibrate dose monitoring for the detergent to be used. (See
the Technical manual.)
• While the program is running, check that the door(s) cannot
