• The mobile unit must be positioned so that the base and its wheels do not prevent the operat-
ing room personnel from moving around freely.
• Depending on the area of interest, the mobile unit can be installed on the head end or on the
foot end of the operating table.
• The lighthead is positioned perpendicular to the area of interest.
