10. Air purging
Air and moisture in the refrigerant system have undesirable effects as indicated below:
 Pressure in the system rises.
 Operating current rises.
 Cooling or heating efficiency drops.
 Moisture in the refrigerant circuit may freeze and block capillary tubing.
