8.4 Attaching the Mudguards
8.4.1 Front
1. Using an M4 Allen key, tighten the two bolts and lock washers as shown in Figure 8-11 below. BUT DO
NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY.
2. Fit the wheel.
3. Look at the wheel and align the mudguard visually so that it is on centreline with the tyre.
4. Remove the wheel.
5. Tighten the two bolts to 3Nm torque.
8.4.2 Rear
1. Tighten the two bolts with a Phillips screwdriver as shown in Figure 8-12 below. BUT DO NOT
TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY.
2. Fit the mudguard.
3. Fit the rear wheel.
4. Look at the wheel and align the mudguard visually so that it is on centreline with the tyre.
5. Remove the wheel.
6. Tighten the two bolts to 3Nm torque.
