WARNING! Do not over-tighten the black washer. If the seat height adjuster lever feels too tight, do
not force it. Loosen the black washer as described above.
Turn black washer clockwise
one eighth of a turn between
adjustments to tighten seat
lever operation.
Do not store the upper seat
post in the lower seat post in
the tightened position with
the rubber bush exposed as
shown. The rubber bush will
deform over time and it will
not be possible to slide the
seat post freely.

Adjusting the Headset
The headset should be tightened to the point where the handlebars do not ‘flop’ freely when the Gocycle is
lifted off the ground and tilted to the side.
Do not allow rubber
bush to be exposed
as shown.
