GRACE EASY Manual
Wrong: The belt travels at an angle to the pulleys.
Tightening the axial adjustment bolt to the dropouts
on the drive side or loosening it on the opposite side
guides the belt travel back in the direction of the side
stop (flanged wheel) on the rear pulley.
Correct: Both belt pulleys are aligned and the belt
travels in a straight line.
Turn the crank again and check the line of the belt-
adjust where necessary. Repeat this step until the
line of the belt is correctly adjusted.
Firmly tighten the four hexagon sockets SW6 (0.24 in)
right and left on the dropouts as well as the screw for
the torque arm SW5 (0.2 in) (see the torque table).
Align the rear wheel so that the belt travels in the correct line. Always make sure
the belt tension is correct.
We recommend you have a specialist workshop inspect the tension of the drive
belt.
