1.PerformShutdown,page46.
2.PerformPressureReliefProcedure,page45.
3.Disconnectthe󰘱owmetercable.
4.Disconnecttheheatedhosefromthe󰘱owmeter.
Removethe󰘱owmeter.
5.Removefourscrews(VS)andremovethetop
cover(PL).
6.Removeeightscrews(MS)andremovethe
metalcap(SD).
7.Removegears(GS)fromthehousing(HG).
8.Cleanthegearsandthe󰘱uidsectionofthe
housingwithcompatiblesolvent.
9.Reinstallthegears.
a.Placethegearwiththemagnets(MG)onthe
leftpinofthehousing.
NOTE: NOTE:
NOTE:
Thegearwiththemagnets(MG)
mustbeinstalledontheleftsideorthemeter
willnotfunction.Installthegearsasshown.
b.Positionthegearsperpendicular(90°)to
eachotherandinstalltheroundedbottom
(RB)ofthegearintothehousing.

Turnthegearstomakesurethat
stayengagedandrotatetogetheronce
installed.Reinstallthegearsiftheydonot
stayengagedorrotatetogether.
10.Reinstallthe󰘱owmeter.Reconnecttheheated
hoseand󰘱owmetercable.
