4. Connect hose power wires to the terminal block (C)
on the termination box (TB).
a. Remove box cover (D) and loosen lower strain
relief (E).
b. Route wires through strain relief and fully insert
into terminal block (A and B hose wire positions
are not important).
c. Torque terminal block screws (C) to 35-50 in-lb
(4.0-5.6 N•m).
d. Fully tighten strain relief screws and replace
cover.
5. Connect hose power wires to electrical splice
connectors (V) from proportioner. Wrap connections
with electrical tape.
6. Connect FTS cable connectors (Y). Fully tighten
connectors and slide connector covers over the
joint.
7. Check that all equipment is properly grounded. See
proportioner manual.
8. Close gun fluid manifold valves A and B
9. Connect whip hose to gun fluid manifold
NOTE: Do not connect manifold to gun.
10. Pressure check the hose for leaks. See hose
manual. If no leaks, wrap hose and electrical
connections to protect from damage.
