CHAPTER 3 Settings and Measurement
(1)-19 Range setting
This is used to select the range to be measured. 1ch is used for temperature only, 2ch to 4ch are used for
acceleration range.
Setting Description
1ch 100°C xed range
2ch to 4ch 2, 5, 10G; 20, 50, 100m/s
2
Do not change the range through the GL100-WL after setting the range of the GL240.
The displayed values of the GL240 may not match the measured values.
(1)-20 EU setting
The offset of temperature can be adjusted. It is converted into the unit of acceleration.
In the case of Temperature, perform operations of “EU Function, Meas. Value, EU Output Value, and Reads
the current temperature measurement value” in “(1)-5 EU (Scaling settings)” in “3.4 Setting Menus”.
In the case of Acceleration, refer to “<Setting example: For voltage input>”.
(1)-21 Other setting
The following settings can be performed.
The zero adjustment is a function to adjust the current static acceleration value to zero level. Make sure to
rmly mount the sensor beforehand.
Setting Description
Annotation text string Set the annotation (comment) displayed in the CH.
Program Inter-CH
calculation
Set the contents of Program Inter-CH calculation
Four arithmetic operations (addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (x), division (÷)) can be used for
the Program Inter-CH calculation
Span setting Set the upper and lower limits of the span which the waveform is displayed.
Waveform color setting 0 to 31 for each of red, green, blue (RGB)
Line Thickness Setting 1 to 8 dots
Trace This is used to set the waveform display.
Perform Auto Zero ADJ. The current input voltage (acceleration value) is calculated as a zero point voltage value (acceleration
value).
Automatic adjustable voltage range is within ±10% of set range.
Reset Auto Zero ADJ. Reset the zero point voltage value (acceleration value).
* When the temperature is set, this function is not available.
Set Zero Point as: The zero point voltage value (acceleration value) is displayed.
* When the temperature is set, this function is not available.
