Removal and Installation of Gas-Liquid Separator
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. Removal and
Installation of Gas-Liquid
Separator
● Loosen the two joints on
gas-liquid separator by welding;
then, pull out the connection pipe.
Note: During welding, take care
not to let the flame burn other
elements.
2. Loosen the screws
fixing the gas-liquid
separator
●
Use screwdriver to loosen the
screws fixing the gas-liquid
separator.
3. Remove the gas-liquid
separator and replace it
●
Remove the gas-liquid
separator and replace it
4. Tighten the screws
fixing the gas-liquid
separator
●Use screwdriver to tighten the
screws fixing the gas-liquid
separator.
5. Weld the gas-liquid
separator to the
connection pipe
●
Weld the two joints on
gas-liquid separator; then,
connect the pipe properly.
Note: During welding, take care
not to let the flame burn other
elements.
