Model G0771Z (Mfd. Since 01/21)
Assembly
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather all
listed items. To make sure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean all parts that have any
heavy-duty rust preventative applied by the fac-
tory (if applicable).
To assemble table saw:
1. Inspect extension wings and main table mat-
ing surfaces for burrs or foreign materials that
may inhibit assembly.
For a correct fit, mating edges of table and
wings must be clean, smooth, and flat. If nec-
essary, use a wire brush or file to remove any
flashing, dings, or high spots.
2. While a helper holds extension wings in
place, attach each wing flush with main table
using (3) M10-1.5 x 30 cap screws, 10mm
flat washers, and 10mm lock washers (see
Figure 15). Do not fully tighten cap screws at
this time.

screws until extension wings are in plane
with main table, then fully tighten cap screws

3. Thread (3) M8-1.25 x 10 set screws into
each extension wing at locations shown in
